Still can't find the correct size?
Does yours have 8 points instead of 6?
(On occasion a customer informs me that they have trouble
finding a torx
bit or driver to remove a specific screw, and no one seems to offer
it. Upon further inspection
of the screw I have found that
the recess in the head turns out to be a 8 pointed star.
Good news if this happens to you, this screw is made for a Robertson or
"square" bit,
available in all quality hardware stores.
